Mental Health Workshops

Our Year 5 and 6 classes have taken part in mental health and wellbeing workshops.

They learnt what we mean by the term mental health and how our actions and circumstances can impact our mental health. They were taught about actions and behaviours they can take to improve and maintain positive mental health, for example, exercise, talking with friends and mindfulness.

The importance of talking about worries and who to go to for support were also covered.
